1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account on Squad Partners, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. The service

Squad Partners allows venue owners and operators to create a profile for their venue, which may be displayed to users of the Squad application. We do not guarantee any specific number of views, visits, or conversions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and truthful information about your venue. We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Squad a non-exclusive licence to display it within the Squad platform and Partners dashboard. You must not upload content that is illegal, misleading, or infringes on third-party rights.

5. Pricing

Squad Partners is currently free to use. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of liability

Squad is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
